LET'S GET SHABBY CHALLENGE FIVE

.

Our Challenge Five consists of a focus of handmade embellishment/s - it can be a few or just one, but it must be the FOCUS of your creation (other than your photo if you have one!)

The eye must have a need to draw to that hand made embellishment/s almost straight away. And of course it has to be in the fabulous style of shabby!
Make sure you explain your handmade on your blog!

Remember to read the guidelines and rules of entry on the left hand side.

You may find close-up details and extra explanations on our DT's wonderful blogs!

Challenge 5 will close on Novemeber 20th but as you know we love to give reminders just in case!

We are just so grateful for the following we have and the way many of you visit each others blogs leaving such fabulous encouragement and compliments.

Here are the DT examples for you and their handmade item!

hope you like it!
It is my first take on the shabby look, I got here through Jennekes blog, and I loved using paint, gesso and a vintage crochet doily that was handmade by my grandmother.

wow all the entries are just amazing! I'm glad I won't have to pick the winner...(that would be way too hard).

I realize many of us created flowers and I hope you like the flowers I made. I will be posting a tutorial on how to create them...in the mean time here is my contribution.
